You've just completed one of the toughest climbs in the Lake District as you summit Honister Pass and pass through the walls of the Honister Slate mine, also known to local cyclists as the Gates of Mordor!
 
The descent to Buttermere is fast -control your speed at the top to ensure you don't lose control at the bottom!
